platformtrust (“we”) provides Kubernetes compliance assessment services to organizations in Canada. This policy describes how we handle personal information under PIPEDA.

What we collect

• Information you send us by email (e.g. name, work email, company).
• Technical metadata from compliance scans when you are a customer—not application payloads or end-user PII by default.

How we use it

To deliver services, respond to inquiries, improve our offerings, and meet contractual and legal obligations.

Where data lives

We prefer Canadian or customer-controlled regions for scan artifacts. Cross-border processing is disclosed in your service agreement.

Your rights
